2011 Junior Tournament Series

For thirteen years the Ohio Golf Course Owners Association (OGCOA) has operated a series of junior tournaments in Ohio, advancing the winners to a State Championship. Additionally, sixteen outstanding players are invited to advance to a two-day Ryder Cup style match with the best players from Pennsylvania.

Ten boys and six girls clubhouse1.jpgfrom each state will be invited to participate in this two-day Ryder Cup format tournament.
All members of the "Ohio" Bi-State team must have played in the OGCOA State Championship.
The Bi-State team will be selected as follows:Two boys and two girls will be selected at large by the Ohio Bi-State Committee Eight boys and four girls will be selected at the OGCOA State Championship Tournament. The first 8 place boys and first 4 place girls will be offered first right of refusal to participate on the B-State team. If for any reason, these players can't participate, those open team spots will be filled by the Bi-State committee from the remaining field of players at the State Championship.
All players interested in possibility being a member of the Bi-State team, are requested to be prepared to commit to the tournament schedule immediately following the end of the State Championship Tournament.
